 Capstar Partners, LLC of Lake Geneva and Elm Grove, Wisconsin is the developer. Capstar combines two of the principals behind the evolution of Geneva National, Mike and Rob Keefe, with one of southeastern Wisconsin’s leading developers of outstanding residential properties, Paul Votto.
The Keefe name is a fixture in Lake Geneva area real estate, having been in business since 1943. In addition to Geneva National the Keefes have developed such local landmarks as Abbey Springs, The Cove, Delevan Lake Resort, as well as scores of other residential and commercial properties.
Paul has been active in the construction of both single family homes and residential condominiums for more than twenty years. In Wisconsin he has developed such projects as Woodland Trails Condominiums in Franklin, Library Square Townhouses in Cudahy, St. Andrews Condominiums and the Villages at Muskego Lakes in Muskego, Wisconsin. |
Construction of Cobblestone Courts is under the able direction of Rich Kinter. Rich joined the Keefe organization in 2005. Rich and Paul have worked together on several residential projects over the past ten years and pride themselves on delivering residences of the highest quality.
Cobblestone Courts was designed by the award winning national firm of Bloodgood, Sharp, and Buster Architects and Planners. BSB has designed outstanding residential communities from Florida to California, and, of course, throughout the Midwest.
Landscaping design for the project is the brainchild of Tom Mortensen, one of Wisconsin’s premier landscape architects. Tom’s use of native Wisconsin flora synthesized with carefully selected “hardscape” will make Cobblestone Courts a standout addition to the Geneva National Community.
Pam Wales, owner of The Red Rooster in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, serves as interior decorator for Cobblestone Courts. Pam has worked with scores of homeowners in Geneva National and throughout the Lake Geneva area to create beautiful living environments. Her concept of “casual elegance” can be seen throughout the interiors of Cobblestone Courts. |
